Account Deletion

You can delete your MixerCloud account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to make a request and what happens to your information afterward.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1 — In the MixerCloud app. Open the MixerCloud app, go to your profile or account settings, and look for the account deletion option. (Administrator review: confirm the exact in-app deletion steps and screens before publishing — the available steps were not verified when this page was prepared.)

Option 2 — By contacting MixerCloud. Email us at support@mixercloud.com from the email address associated with your MixerCloud account, using the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include:

• The email address on your MixerCloud account
• Your full name as it appears on your profile

We use this information to verify that the request is genuinely yours. We may follow up to confirm your identity before completing the deletion.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify your account information and associated personal data, including:

• Your account and login information
• Your profile information and professional details
• Your projects, posts, and other content you created
• Your messages and chat participation
• Your job postings and listings (where you posted them)

Some content may have been shared with other members before deletion. Once content has been shared with others, copies may remain visible to those members until they also delete it, and MixerCloud cannot force deletion of content that other users lawfully hold.

What May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained after account deletion, including:

• Records we must keep to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or law-enforcement obligations
• Records of transactions, subscriptions, or purchases, for accounting and dispute resolution
• Information needed to enforce our rights, prevent fraud or abuse, or resolve disputes
• Security and audit logs, retained for a limited period
• De-identified or aggregated data that no longer identifies you

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed after identity verification. Processing time was not verified when this page was prepared; we will confirm the expected timeline when we respond to your request.

Marketing Communications

If your goal is simply to stop receiving MixerCloud marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or update your communication preferences, without deleting your account.
