End-User License Agreement

Last updated: 2026-10-18Version 1Effective: 2026-10-18

MixerCloud applications and services are licensed, not sold, to you under the terms of the applicable license agreement for the service you use. This page explains which agreement applies to each part of MixerCloud.

MixerCloud iOS Application

The MixerCloud iOS application downloaded from the Apple App Store is licensed to you under Apple's standard End-User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). MixerCloud has not adopted a custom EULA for the iOS app.

Apple's Standard EULA is available at:

Apple Media Services — Terms and Conditions (Standard EULA)

That agreement — not this page — governs your license to use the MixerCloud iOS app. If MixerCloud formally adopts a custom EULA for the iOS app in the future, this page will be updated to identify and link to that agreement before it takes effect.

MixerCloud Web App and Website

Your use of the MixerCloud web application and the MixerCloud.com website is governed by our Terms of Service, which cover accounts, acceptable use, user content, subscriptions and payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, and other applicable legal provisions.

MixerCloud Android Application

Your use of the MixerCloud Android application downloaded from Google Play is also governed by our Terms of Service, together with Google Play's Terms of Service, which you accept when downloading applications through Google Play.

How the Agreements Work Together

  • iOS app: Apple's Standard EULA governs the license to the app.
  • Web app, website, and Android app: MixerCloud's Terms of Service governs your use.
  • Data handling: Our Privacy Policy applies across all MixerCloud services.
  • Community conduct: Our Community Guidelines apply across all MixerCloud services.
